The radio waves at low frequency are strongly refracted and absorbed by the Earth ionosphere. I present the concept of a lunar orbit array, which can make interferometric imaging observations and high precision global spectrum measurement, with the potentials for uncovering new phenomena in this under-studied spectral band and explore the cosmic dark age and dawn.
