I would like to present a classical percolation analysis based on strong-coupling mean-field results for the disordered BoseHubbard model at fixed filling to determine the phase diagram for two dimensional square lattice. This phase diagram in the disorder strength (∆) and the on-site repulsion (U), as observed by the previous QMC results, show interesting re-entrant superfluid phase sandwiched between Bose-glass phases, for both two and three dimensional system at fixed n = 1 filling. The method I present also produce the phase diagram exhibiting the re-entrant phenomenon and I phenomenologically demonstrate the robustness of the re-entrant phenomena within this method. I would also demonstrate and discuss the importance of the method and applicability in further analysis of the same phase diagram based on analytical methods.
