If we try to formalise an inherently nonlinear formalism for the dynamics of a (usually non-interacting) quantum system, we usually face some exotic interactions that are non-physical in nature. One of these effects is the supraluminal communication (signaling) between two non-interacting parts of a composite. In this regard, we show that there exist some models of open quantum dynamics, which are not only thermodynamically consistent but also respect no-signaling. We re-introduce the idea of the "local perception operator" and employ it to provide a general no-signaling theorem. This presentation is based on our recent work in arXiv:2301.11548.
