In this talk, we will relate quantum synchronization to classical synchronization in the presence of noise. Then, we will present a connection between synchronization and thermodynamics where the former is viewed as a non-equilibrium collective phenomenon. Lastly, we will explain how maser quantum heat engines can serve as a suitable platform to study the connection between quantum synchronization and quantum thermodynamics.
