In the talk I shall discussed the quantum transport of Fermi and Bose particles across the tight-binding chain which is connected at its both ends to particle reservoirs with different chemical potentials. First, by analysing the case of vanishing inter-particle interaction, I shall distinguish the cases of Markovian and non-Markovian reservoirs and then discuss the effect of interactions.
